New Short Coming Soon from Dario Argento's Assistant Director, Davide Melini

Davide Melini(nominated for a "Donatello Award" in 2011 for his short film "The sweet hand of the White Rose), the Italian screen writer and director who was Dario Argento's Assistant Director on the legendary film makers movies "Mother of Tears: The Third Mother" and "Penny Dreadful", has teamed up with a host of big names from the film industry to make his new short film, Lion.

Working with the likes of Producer Luca Vannella ("Thor", "Harry Potter", "Apocalypto", "Heart of the Sea") and DOP Juanma Postigo (candidate at the "Goya Awards 2016" for his job on the feature film "El violín de Piedra"), and shooting his film using the fantastic Red Epic Dragon 6K camera, Lion is shaping up to truly be a "must see" release!

The synopsis is as follows:

An isolated chalet in a snowy forest... A man blinded by alcohol... A woman unable to rebel... And an 8-year-old child troubled and dark... The silent night is broken with cries... the start of a terrible nightmare!
